Technical Services Veterinarian
Dr. Travis Kamm graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 after completion of his Masters degree in animal behavior. He then went on to a comprehensive small animal rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at CARE Centre in Calgary, AB. He worked for 4 years in private practice at a large specialty and referral hospital as an emergency doctor in Colorado. He has also spent time working in a large practice in Alaska where he was able to bring specialty emergency room techniques to rural Alaska.
Dr. Kamm joined Jurox as a technical services veterinarian in November 2016, where his experience in critical care has allowed him to have open discussions on premedicants, pain management, post-operative recovery, and critical care anesthesia. He regularly gives RACE approved CE presentations on anesthesia to local and regional VMA groups, general practices, specialty hospitals and large hospital groups around the country.
Dr. Kamm resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
